Fee Structure

We understand the importance of clarity and transparency of fees. Obviously, our fees and the method of calculating these varies from case to case depending upon the nature and scope of our instructions.

Usually our fees are calculated on the basis of time spent at the hourly rates set out below. We are always happy to provide a detailed fee estimate at the outset of an instruction and to work to a fee cap (ceiling) if and as required.

At a pre-engagement stage and at the outset of each instruction we will provide an indication of the fee-earner(s) working on the case and the applicable hourly rate(s).

Our fee estimates will make clear the work to be undertaken and what it includes, and will be reviewed on an ongoing basis as each particular instruction requires.

Hourly Rates

Partners:  £225 to £250 per hour
Associates: £195 per hour
Costs Lawyers & Costs Consultants: £160 to £175 per hour

Our fees are, of course, exclusive of VAT as applicable.

If you have any queries regarding our fee structure please do get in touch with us using the Contact Form above.
