Emma joined the Commercial Team at Masters as a Legal Costs Consultant in April 2024. Emma began her cost career in 2008 and has experience of dealing with costs in a range of areas including clinical negligence, catastrophic personal injury, contentious probate, family, Court of Protection, and commercial litigation for both the paying and receiving parties. Emma handles all aspects of the costs process, including negotiation of costs, drafting Bills of Costs, Cost Budgets, Statements of Costs and Points of Dispute/Points of Reply. Emma is also a Chartered Legal Executive, having qualified in July 2015.
